iCoolsoft offers free trial version. Customers can download them conveniently from our website. Since audio/video format is so complex that there maybe differences even between file formats with the same extension names, we highly recommend customers to try our trial version to avoid wrong purchase.

 

However, iCoolsoft here promises to offer customers unconditional refund as long as the refund requirements are reasonable. If customers have any problems, please contact us to see if we can solve that. We are sorry to declare that any refund requirements out of product problem itself or our own service will not be confirmed.

 

Qualified refund:

 

1. If there is a serious bug existed in our product, causing load or conversion failure, we will do our best to fix the bug. If we can not fix that, we will perform refund immediately.

 

2. If customer purchases a product which can not achieve the conversion he needs, and the reason customer purchase that product is due to the wrong product description from our website, we will exchange the wrong product with a right product that can accomplish the conversion customer needs for free. If customer insists on refund, we will perform refund.

 

Unqualified refund:

 

1. For customers’ best, we use the third party payment platform to accomplish purchasing. That makes it impossible for us to know whether it is the credit card holder himself that accomplishes the payment. So we are sorry that we can not perform refund if there is a credit-card fraud situation. If credit card holder insists on refund, we would contact the third party payment platform to find the solution together and there maybe requirements for related proofs from credit card holder.

* We here sincerely recommend credit card holders to keep their cards well and use them carefully.

 

2. If customer purchases a product which can not accomplish his needs from our website by mistake, and then purchases the product which can accomplish his needs from other company, we are sorry that we could not perform refund.

3. Sometimes there maybe a mistake in the process of copying and pasting the registration code which will cause registration failure. If the registration code is proved to be valid through our test, we are sorry that we can not perform refund.

4. Our product description and trial version are used for customers to know whether the product can accomplish the conversion needs. So if customers purchase the wrong version for mistake, we are sorry that we could not perform refund in principle. 6. Our product could not support conversion for protected files purchased from iTunes or other places. So we are sorry that we could not perform refund if customers fail to convert protected files using our product.

 

7. If customers purchase wrong product which can not accomplish the conversion needs from our affiliate websites because of their wrong or blurry description, we are sorry that we could not perform refund. In that situation, customers need to contact the affiliate to find out solutions.

8. Since our third party payment platform has time limitation on refund, we are sorry that we could not perform refund no matter what the reason is as long as 30 days has passed since the purchase date.
